I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration. It had a charming vintage vibe that reminded me of my younger years. The general areas were beautifully designed and had comfortable seating, perfect for senior people to relax and socialize. , the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with wide hallways and elevators that made it easy for someone like me to navigate without any trouble.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the children working there. While they were polite, it would have been nice to have some extra help carrying my luggage or getting around the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was charming, with lovely antique furniture and beautiful artwork on the walls. It reminded me of my own home, creating a familiar and comfortable environment. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around as a senior woman. The hallways were wide enough for me to walk without difficulty, and the seating areas were comfortable and inviting.
My only wish for a better vacation for senior people would be for the hotel to have grab bars in the bathrooms. As a senior, I sometimes struggle with balance and having grab bars would provide extra support and make me feel more secure.

We had a fantastic time at the nearby family-friendly park. It had everything the little ones could ask for - colorful slides, fun swings, and even a mini train ride! The kids were beaming with joy throughout our visit.
My wife says that having a small playground within the hotel premises would have been a nice addition for families with children.

The value for money at Residence Victoria was excellent, the room had everything we needed and was clean, and the location was perfect with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better at Residence Victoria would be a wider selection of items.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Victoria! The apartment was well-equipped and warm, perfect for the chilly weather. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to all areas of town. The private parking in the grounds was a big plus, especially in a busy town. The value for money was excellent as well.

The parking bay right outside the apartment was a great convenience. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities including a fridge, microwave, oven, iron, hair dryer, washing machine. The comfortable bed and clean bathroom with a double shower were also highlights. the apartment's location only a short distance from the main shops and bars made it easy to explore the area.
The size of the apartment, which turned out to be smaller than expected based on the misleading photos. Another minor issue was the difficulty in receiving the emailed entry code and parking information due to lack of access to email on the day of arrival.
